How to get a Douyin follower count

1. Sign in to Douyin.
2. Search for the username. You must use search for both your own account and other accounts.
3. Click the profile picture.
4. Copy the string after user/ in the browser address bar.

Because of third-party API limitations, the follower count is shown with a precision of thousands (k).
