Get an API Key

To obtain an API key, follow these steps:

1. Visit Create New Account and register a new account
2. After registration, OpenWeather will send you an email
3. Find the API key provided by OpenWeather in the email
4. Then you can use this API key in the plugin

Notes

• Enter the city in English in the city field. For example, to query Beijing, enter Beijing; to query Seoul, enter Seoul

• RH: Relative Humidity, range 0% ~ 100%
• WS: WindSpeed, wind speed, unit m/s

Error Codes

• EC401: Invalid API key. Check whether your API key is entered correctly
• EC404: City not found. The city name may be misspelled, or non-English text was entered
