What should I do if the system microphone is set to AU05 after connecting Ulanzi Studio to a Mac for the first time, but the system voice Fn key does not work?
Answer:
- Confirm the computer model.
- Make sure the system is using a voice input method.
- Check that the voice activation shortcut for the input method matches the shortcut configured in the Ulanzi Studio app.
Why can't I save a shortcut that combines two modifiers, such as Control and Command?
Answer:
Ulanzi Studio V3.2.0 does not currently support combinations of two or three modifier keys. If you need this type of shortcut, change the shortcut in the third-party application.
How do I add Fn?
Answer:
Click the triangle on the right side of the hotkey field and add Fn.
How do I add a single modifier key such as Control or Shift?
Answer:
Click the triangle on the right side of the hotkey field and add the required modifier key.
